The Argentine-Uruguay School of Micro-Nanoelectronics, Technology and Applications (EAMTA) and its associated Conference (CAMTA) is a high technical quality forum for researchers, technologists and companies in the fields of micro and nano electronic technologies. The School is an initiative whose main objective is to promote the development of advanced technology in our countries, through the design of integrated circuits and its support/associated technologies. The fifth School of Micro and Nanoelectronics (EAMTA 2010) will take place from October 1 - 9, 2010, in the facilities of Instituto de Ingeniería Eléctrica of Universidad de la República del Uruguay and Departamento de Ingeniería Eléctrica Universidad Católica del Uruguay. During the week of the event, basic and advanced courses will be offered. There will be lab sessions with already fabricated integrated circuits. A limited number of travel and lodging grants will be provided. The Conference section of the School (CAMTA - CUMTA 2010) will take place on Thursday October 7 and Friday October 8, 2010. All papers will be presented in poster format, to stimulate discussion and feedback. Tutorials will be in charge of distinguished lecturers. Papers will appear at IEEE Xplore.
