Our main research area is the design of application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) on CMOS technology.
The focus of the research activities lays on designing full custom analog and mixed analog-digital signal circuits for low voltage and ultra-low-power applications.
Current R&D areas with industrial experience:
Analog signal processing (filtering and amplification), A/D - D/A converters.
Signal conditioning for sensors (ex. accelerometer, photosensors), low-noise electronics.
Voltage multipliers, DC/DC converters.
Design reliability aspects in integrated circuits.
Ultra-low-power digital circuits.
RF circuit design (short range).
Wireless sensor networks.
