   ABSTRACT

   This paper presents a time series generator of daily global solar energy radiation on horizontal plane on the earth's surface. It presents the example of calculating the model parameters using a set of 8 years of data from "La Estanzuela" in Uruguay. The proposed model has the property of generating series with the same amplitude histogram and autocorrelation function of the data series used to obtain the model parameters. The autocorrelation function is conserved in a transformed space. An example of design installation showing the impact on the design of considering whether or not the time dependence imposed by temporary factors autocorrelation is presented
